Dangerously Delicious is a family-owned, mobile caterer serving the Easton, Bethlehem, Allentown and the surrounding Lehigh Valley area. 

Owners, Giancarlo Calebrese and Tiffany Fehley have a combined 30 years of experience in the culinary industry with a unique expertise that together creates homemade dishes with locally sourced ingredients. Their cuisine is influenced by their Italian/Irish/German heritage as their dishes have been perfected from generational recipes with mouthwatering results!  Simply put, the food speaks for itself and their dedication to providing delicious food to their community has allowed them to make their dreams come true!

Jon attended Johnson and Wales culinary program and opened Railways Café in early 2000.  Tiffany has been working in the catering industry since she could reach the stove, growing to learn the business and manage her grandfather’s catering and kitchen operations at The Club Mohican and also at Flynn’s on the Hill. Her attention to detail and passion for taste and presentation were honed through many years of service to her craft.

Dangerously Delicious’ cuisine has a rotating menu of homemade, locally sourced dishes. Their food is made fresh and with love as the dream of opening their own food truck has been a long time in the making.  Jon and Tiff share a passion for connecting with their customers and community by bringing delicious cuisine for any occasion.
